Piling pipes and structures
Spiral welded steel pipes for infrastructure projects, piling industries, casing piles, marine and port works.
- Pipe length up to 23 m without joints.
- Outside diameter from 16” to 120”.
- Prefabrication like interlocks or clutches for combi-wall, pipe shoes, reinforcing plates, handling holes, etc.

PIPE END TYPES
| Butt weld joint | It is the most used method to weld pipe ends. Bevelled pipe ends are welded by a special team under the corresponding standards. |
| Spigot and socket joint | Specially used for water projects and easing the set up at worksite. |
| Spherical socket joint | Provides the possibility of a rotation 6º to 10º depending on the diameter. It eases set up and avoids special pieces. |

| Joints with air chamber |
An insulating sleeve with air chamber can be added to avoid internal lining repair in welded joints at worksite. The insulating sleeve is manufactured with an air chamber, wire mesh and steel sleeve. They are usually used for small diameters. |

PILING
Anti-corrosion protection
For maritime works splash or immersed of piles and dolphins are protected in accordance with ISO 12944 by surface preparation as per ISO 8501 and 8502.
The epoxy either high built, or with glass flake epoxy is applied under controlled and monitored temperature and humidity.
Aerial or above water parts are usually protected with final coat of polyurethane.
